Achievements in Last Period

  • Outstanding contractual issues (local Provet DB, ESCROW arrangements) in progress;
  • The local Provet DB is now being updated daily. Signoff pending handover to Production Management.
  • progress on ESCROW delayed due to Project Sponsor leave, but discussed with PM and Snr Supplier, and with 3rd party. Generally in agreement on the approach dependent on cost. PM to arrange discussion with FNS then facilitate discussion between FNS and NCC to attempt to reach agreement on this.
  • Project Board agreed to meet late September with a view to signing off remaining contractual issues.
  • UoE User feed and the VTO student loading application are in testing.
  • All outstanding invoices for work completed by FNS and signed off by R(D)SVS have been paid in financial year 18/19.

Issues

  • No major issues.
  • PM availability remains an issue due to commitments across projects.

Next Steps

  • Delivery of contractual items: locally replicated Prover DB and ESCROW arrangements.
  • Delivery of non-contractual items: coordinate FNS user  feed and VTO development
  • Close implementation project.
