MVM529 Enabling CMVM Rooms for Hybrid Meetings - RAG Status: GREEN

Achievements in last period

• Survey to gather feedback on in-room AV experiences developed, shared and reviewed with contact from each campus so they can see the feedback. This will be reviewed monthly between SF & AG.
• All rooms added to the Online Meetings page with agreement of College Registrar to enable all to use all facilities, and recommended equipment updated
• Article in SCOPE advertising rooms and asking for feedback.
• Confirmation of additional funding received 08-Jun-22, change of scope to include additional 8 rooms to be added to List of Rooms, including 23, Buccleuch Place.

Issues

• Still unable to complete CLAH 4-H1-003 because it is currently being combined with CLAH 4-H1-002 into a single room to accommodate more students for tutorials.

Next Steps

• Complete install of CLAH 4-H1-003, when advised by J. Andrews that it is a separate room again.
• Complete order and install of additional rooms in scope.
