Commentary:

The MVM Learning and Teaching Programme has 2 projects on-going and its overall status is GREEN.

  1. MVM032 Speedwell Service Implementation: his is a 15/16 project continuing in 16/17. This project is GREEN.
  2. MVM105 Strategy for the upgrade of our teaching spaces (annual): A "Transform" project with an estimate of 50 days to completeThis project is GREEN.

Achievements this period

  • Load testing delayed and in progress
  • Apply version 1.5 to all environments
  • UAT for version 1.5 completed successfully
  • Tested running exam simultaneously over two areas. Basic tes was successful but issues around delivery still under investigation 
  • Project team met with Speedwell to discuss road map and requirements
  • OLS drafted and circulated

Issues

  • Accpetance review delayed slightly due to load testing

Next Steps

  • Complete load testing
  • Deploy Vets instance to new LIVE environment
  • Agree SLA with Speedwell
  • Complete and sign off OLA

Achievements:

  • Gather input from staff on upgrade plan
  • Draw priority list for upgrade
  • Input into Estates committee report for RDEC funding

Issues:

  • None

Next Steps:

  • External contract to help LST team to manage the project, design the new teaching space and carry out procurement.
  • Meeting to discuss upgrades at Little France scheduled for 4 October 2016.
  • Other campus meeting to be scheduled.
  • Review priority list of upgrades after all consultations
