• Web front end tidy-up
  • DEV, TEST , LIVE environment tidy completed

• Handover to Production Support - in progress
  • Operation Level Agreement (OLA) -  approved by Susan Buckingham
  • Team booked for handover sessions and documentation for IS Production management has been completed by project team
  • Peter Jackson to update the  Technical Architecture Design (TAD) before closure

Issues

• The Bug fix for the 'logout' issue has been fixed in Dev and Test
• Bamboo deployment to LIVE- will be scheduled after the emergency change freeze (Special CAB) finishes on 21-March

Next Steps

• Complete final handover to IS Apps Production Management , once TAD completed
• Confirm on-going annual support budget with IS Apps production management and Head of CMVM IT - propose 6 days in year 1 ( half day a month) - this budget figure can be renewed annually and revised in line with actual spend
