• ITI CIS and EB MVM campus network leads to plan and confirm upgrade of the remaining 10 switches at the EB New Vets school, Campus Service Centre and Roslin
• ITI CIS and WGH MVM campus network leads to plan and confirm dates of the upgrade of the one remaining switch at WGH

  • Final handover to business user failed as unresolved issue with applying Drupal Core security update to LIVE
• Back-end REACH Admin
  • No outstanding issues
• Handover to Business owner & IS Production Support - in progress
  • New task added to resolve Drupal 8 / Composer dependency issue when applying routine Drupal Core security updates (blocker to project closure)
  • Operation Level Agreement (OLA) -  approved by Susan Buckingham
  • Handover to  IS Production management has been completed by project team

Issues

Project Closure delayed due to  issue with Drupal 8 core updates and Composer. Drupal 8 not fully supported on c-host infrastructure stack

• Initial follow-up mtg  held on 11-April with IS project team - LTW , IS Service Management and IS Apps
• Additional bookings for S/W dev team required to resolve issue
• Resource conflicts within IS S/W dev team - original developer of the OAuth custom module ( Martin Jones) unavailable
