Achievements this period

• Survey was reopened to try fill gaps, survey has closed and has been analysed.
• first draft of survey analysis completed and sent to Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager
• first draft of strategy completed and sent to Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager

Issues

• Getting enough time to proceed with project is proving challenging with current work load. PM is moving role within ISG.
• Survey wasn't completed by all areas, has had to be resubmitted.

Next Steps

• Project is being handed to Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager

MVM305: Flexible Server hosting  - RAG Status: SUSPENDED

MVM311: CMVM Data Storage Strategy - RAG Status: GREEN

• Project brief has been completed with final scope and deliverables.  End of planning has been achieved.

MVM314: SEBI - Data Collection and Modelling - RAG Status: SUSPENDED

Achievements this period

• None, project is currently suspended
• Update w/c 05/11/18: PM met with SEBI team and agreed that no additional technical work is required to support the SEBI programme at this time, so the project can be closed; outstanding issue is the support and maintenance of the Tableau platform, so PM to meet with the Head of Development Services to put options together on an interim agreement with the intention of closing the project in December.

MVM315: REACH - RAG Status: GREEN

Achievements this period

• Project closure agreed with AUKCAR business and with IS Production Management
• OLA updated
• Invoicing arrangements for the  annual 6d IS support costs confirmed

Issues

• Bill Lee (IS Dev team manager) has asked that the MVM315 formal project closure be delayed while IS Dev services writes a short report to add to the closure report
  • effectively the project is already closed , no more planned tasks for the project team and handover to BAU support teams is already complete.
  • The short report from IS Dev services will add lessons learned from discussion between IS Apps and IS LTW on ways of joint working 
  • Bill Lee has tasked John Allison to write up this additional short report , and then the PM will get IS LTW sign-off to this additional report / with recommendations
