• Project proposal was approved for start on 26/07/19 
• A draft Project Brief, planning and estimate are in progress and will be sent to Project Sponsor, Stakeholders and Project Team for approval w/c 05/08/19

• Confirm budget and Project timeline, splitting across financial years, with the Project Sponsor / Programme Manager
• Agree and secure resource bookings
• Confirm milestones
• Agree / sign off the Project Brief and submit to WIS
