Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary

During September, agile developments are progressing well in MVM316: Fragile X Registry website. However, some amount of scope creep and low of availability of sponsor means that the velocity of the sprint will be reviewed and user stories re-prioritised to align with a minimum viable product. An option for the developments to be less intense but over  longer period of time is currently under review. The project is AMBER because of this re-planning.

Another two projects are AMBER due to ongoing delay over closure:

MVM308 Research computing induction is reporting a RED status following an agreement to extend the project to July 2020 milestones with the effort still to be estimated and budget confirmed.

The overall status of the MVMRes programme is AMBER.

Please note that the project RAG status is following the revised guidelines: A one-page summary of the IS RAG status indicators is available on this page.
