• Project Suspended until 29 June 2020, see Project Suspended - Impacted by Covid-19 following review of sponsor availability in light of the Covid-19 outbreak - move to WFH.

MVM314: SEBI - Data Collection and Modelling - RAG Status: AMBER

Achievements in Last Period

• TAD being reviewed for handover to Production.
• OLA drafted but not reviewed due to resource conflicts (PM availability, DevTech / Production). 

Issues

• Completion of support arrangements and closure delayed due to availability (PM / Production Management for OLA) and DevTech (for TAD updates and handover). Significant additional PM effort was required on SMI022 and SMI024 in May to ensure completion of contracts on those projects.
• PM to pick up on OLA with Head of Production and agree with SEBI team.

Next Steps

• Agree support arrangements for MSSQLServer (OLA).
• Close Project.
