Achievements this period

• Continued User Acceptance Testing

Issues

• Estates data was not transferred into the test system so that testing has not been completed; the sponsor/business lead has requested the supplier migrate Estates data for testing
• The project delivery and closure dates have been missed but a new set of milestones (and budget for 23/24) was agreed by the sponsor on 7th July; as a result I have marked the Time and Cost RAGs as AMBER this month until the formal confirmation by Apps Review
