Achievements in Last Period

• Wrote up a list of product clarification questions to potential suppliers, and sent to Procurement Office colleague for review and advice

Issues

• The project delivery date passed but work is still underway to confirm the recommendations with CSG; as a result the project is reporting an Amber status this month for the Time indicator.
• Its is expected that the project will exceed the current agreed budget of 35 days as the implementation activities (based on the requirements set out by the G Cloud Framework) are unlikely to be completed without additional funding estimated at 5 additional days.  The project has currently spent 33.8 days of effort.  As a result the project is reporting an Amber status this month for the Cost indicator.

Next Steps

• Obtain feedback from Procurement Office
• Arrange for scoring mechanism to be agreed with colleagues in CSG and HR Learning and Development
• Obtain feedback from CSG on recommendations and confirm implementation approach
