Achievements in Last Period

• Completed question set and demo scenario requirements for suppliers
• Agreed scoring mechanism for supplier demos

Issues

• The prior delivery and closure milestones were missed; but the Project Sponsor has approved a new timeline which is shown in the accompanying milestones.  A request will be sent to WIS to confirm these revised Delivery and Closure milestones for approval.
• The budget has been exceeded; but the Project Sponsor has approved an increase in 10 days for the project which will be reflected by updating the project's budget in the programme report.

Next Steps

• Issue invites to evaluation panel and arrange supplier demos for specified date in July
• Review supplier responses prior to demo
• Communications to evaluation panel
