Issues

• The delivery and closure milestones have been missed; but the Project Sponsor has approved a new timeline.  A request will be sent to WIS with details of the revised Delivery and Closure milestones for approval.
• The budget has been exceeded; but the Project Sponsor has approved an increase in 10 days for the project which will be reflected by updating the project's budget in the programme report.

Next Steps

• Run and score supplier demos
• Make decision and hand over to CSG representatives
• Close project
