Achievements in Last Period

• Demo delivered to CSG Directors 6th September
• Analysed feedback from CSG Directors
• Decision made to proceed with purchasing product

Issues

• The project budget has been exceeded but the project sponosor has approved a 7.5 day budget increase to cover the additional feasibility and investigation work.  It is expected that the other completion work will require a separate budget increase - to be discussed with project sponsor
• The project delivery and closure dates have been missed but the project sponsor is aware of the work still reqiured to complete the project
• As a result of the issues noted above, the project is showing as RED this month.

Next Steps

• Review supplier project plan
• Validate with supplier how permissions work in system 
• Undertake accessibility testing and EqIA
• Discuss devolved administrator set-up with HR colleague
• Investigate starter/leaver data feed
• Explore options and expected cost to integrate with MyEd Events Booking application
• Complete contract and purchase product
