Achievements this period
- Completed build of system for pilot
- Finalised internal course catalogue for pilot
- Agreed and implemented support arrangements and resources for pilot (training guides, shared mailbox, JIRA)
- Pilot started 19th June with a selection of users from Finance, Procurement, CBS and Estates
- Further discussions held regarding Event Booking integration feasibility study and requirements for automated feed of staff joiners, changes and leavers

Next Steps
- Call with supplier to discuss technical feasibility/specification (with related cost estimate) to integrate the UoE Event Booking application with Totara LMS, with integration of courses and booking process
- Work with DTI Change Manager to validate API request for starters, leavers and changes
- Feedback sessions and survey users to get initial feedback on pilot
