Report by Dawn Nicholls for May 2013

Achievements this period

  • A further 2 x 2-week development iterations have taken place.  These have included end-of-iteration reviews with H&S reps to allow them to review the functionality as it develops
  • A demo of the radioactivity functionality was given to the wider H&S team.  This highlighted some differing views on business requirements which are being looked at in more detail.
  • Temporary additional resource was secured to assist with development iteration 4 which has helped the project to gain some momentum and the basic radioactivity functionality is now almost complete.
  • An additional development iteration has been added into the plan.  This has been funded by the underspend on previous iterations where development resources were unavailable to the project.  A revised plan has been put onto the project website and resources secured.

Issues

  • Nomajor issues at present

Next Steps

  • 2 further development iterations to complete the outstanding basic radioacticity requirements and to start on the bio requirements.
  • Develop the BOXI universe for ad-hoc reporting
