  • Sprint 1 JIRAs deployed to LIVE
  • Meeting with Edinburgh Innovation (EI) ,Rohallion and IS Apps to discuss the data feed from the standalone Sql database

Achievements in the last period

  • Business Analysis
    • The current 'As-Is' processes have been documented and signed-off
    • The business requirements have been documented and circulated for approval
  • Continued search undertaken to identify potential market supplied solutions 
  • Project re-planned to incorporate additional time for business requirements

Issues 

  • Additional time required to complete the business analysis to incorporate the activities noted below, it is not anticipated that the overall project timelines will be impacted at this time 
    • additional workshop to clarify all business requirements from the Fire Safety team
    • additional workshop to review business requirements with selected business partners

Next Steps 

  • Consultation workshop scheduled with selected business partners to review business requirements
  • Sign-off business requirements
  • Demonstration of potential solution arranged for 3rd April
  • Commence gap analysis review with regards to 
    • existing Archibus modules
    • potential market supplied solutions
