Achievements in Last Period

• System Roll-out
  • Two system roadshows have been scheduled for 1st and 8th June
• Discussions are on-going with regards Service Management running the service 
• The Technical Architecture Document has been created and forwarded to IS Apps Production to review 

Issues:

• No progress in resolving email header issue. The project manager is currently following up with Service Management 
• It has not been possible to pursue the creation of video guides due to the lack of availability regarding the Digital Training staff  
• Delays are still being experienced in gathering information regarding system users and local objectives from across the University 

Next Steps:

• Technical Configuration 
  • Determine if email configuration issue can be resolved 
• Progress Roll-out plan with regards to 
  • Service Management discussions to be continued 
  • Scheduled Roadshows
• Close Project
