Risk Update - with the Service owner leaving(Alan), a solution has been found in that Alasdair Macleod is taking on this role(temporary basis) from 1st July 22.
Issues
New issue resolved - Press Comm activity. Some press about this project took place without the correct approvals. It has been acknowledged as an error by that team and they are reviewing their processes. Fortunately on this occasion the comms activity did not have any detrimental impact, but it could have.
New Risk - the senior Business owner(Fraser)will be on a long period of leave over July, so we need to meet the end of June date.
Next Steps
The MS COMPLETE DATA MIGRATION TEST/CHECK is planned to complete 17th June latest.
USER ACCEPTANCE MS will complete on the 17th June in line with the final migration activity.
The DATA MIGRATION/IRM CONFIG LIVE MS will be completed over the weekend 18/19 June.
