Achievements this Period 

• MS  COMPLETE DATA MIGRATION TEST/CHECK  - completed as planned by 17 Jun 
• USER ACCEPTANCE  MS completed as planned by 17 Jun
• The DATA MIGRATION/IRM CONFIG LIVE MS  completed by 20 Jun
• New users added to the IRM 20 Jun
• Following the live config, the Business Lead(Fraser)did identify some additional data to be migrated and that was completed immediately. 
• Handover to Support 30 Jun
• Approval to close the project  confirmed by Alex Hutchison, Fraser Macdonald, Alasdair Macleod(Alan Hughes) and Jason Murphy(24 Jun).

Issues 

• No new issues 

Next Steps 

• Project closure report approval - still three approvers to follow up with. 
• Target Apps Review 7th or 14th Jul for formal closure.
