HSS040 ECA MiniPortfolio Procurement and Implementation

Achievements this period

• The integration between the student system and SMA has been successfully system tested end to end.
• Project Board has been recommended that the fall back to ColdFusion is no longer required.
• Integration design documentation has been prepared.
• SMA configured for ECA programmes.
• Support arrangements are in development.

Issues

• Due to the time and effort  to develop and test the integration and configure SMA, a revised timeline and estimate are needed  to complete this project.  An estimate has been prepared and project milestones re-planned.  These need to be approved by the programme manager, budget holder and project sponsor.

• SMA UoE custom email address.  The university has set up a no reply custom email address, however due to a technical issue the custom email address set up defaults to a SMA setting. Supplier is aware and has a fix for this issue, however we don't currently have a timescale for resolution.  We are currently exploring other options to address.

Next Steps

• Complete configuration documentation for portfolio submission portal.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing and manage defects.
• Change control  for revised budget, timeline and milestones approved.
• Support arrangements developed including early life and key milestone support.
• EQIA approved.
• As the current project manager is leaving, they will collate lessons learned and produce a draft closure report for hand over to the programme manager.

HSS041 Coordinating ISG Services for EFI Launch

Achievements this period

• Door cards readers received from supplier and installed
• Door access clearances provided by EFI and input
• All AV physical installs have been completed
• Network work completed in phase 1 part of building (outside of missing test results)
• ECA resilient link work underway
• Support arrangements for EFI pahse 1 drafted and out for review/agreement

Issue

• Missing ~300 test results from BBK which is preventing completion of all network work in phase 1 building
• Milestones to be formally changed

Next Steps

• Printers being installed on 5th September
• Complete ECA resilient link
• Complete snagging of doors with BBK
• Complete snagging and commissioning of AV equipment
• Assess and complete any work once missing test results received
• Complete agreement of support arrangements for phase 1

HSS042 Peace Agreements Database - Continous Improvements 22/23

• Decision to continue project and deliver improvements while contractor available rather than close

• Currently working out how many days will be in this project and how many in new project and will complete budget change as required.

• Start work on next bundle
