Achievements this period

• Drafting of closure report for phase 1 project started
• LST continued to work on AV installation outside of teaching spaces and supporting the resolution of snagging issues
• Planning work for phase 2 is underway

Issue

• Estates have advised that an additional comms room will be needed for phase 2
• Resouring capacity in ITI CIS has meant testing of the completed ECA resilient link has not been completed

Next Steps

• Test resilient link
• Complete closure

HSS042 Peace Agreements Database - Continous Improvements 22/23

Achievements this period

• Developments toward turning php off continue
• Development priorities discussed
• Jira process and organisation changes planned
• Discussions on production handover continue

Issues

• Project was due to close on 30-OCT-2023, and a new project started to cover the 23/24 CSI work. A late change in Dev staff availability means this project will now extend to March.
• Budget will need to be confirmed to support the new timeline. A change of milestone will also be needed for this Project extension.
• A Change of PM is now required as the project is not closing and the current PM who moving to a new role mid-November. No alternative resourcere is available to take over immediately.

Next Steps

• Assign new PM
• Implement Jira organisation changes 
• Handover to Production
• Update documentation for handover
• Continue developments with a view to turning off php site

HSS044 Business School IRM On Boarding

Achievements this period

• Project Brief approved at Apps Review
• Training has commenced with Exec Ed Team training completed and training scheduled for Events Team and main Business School users
• Licences have been migrated from Business School Salesforce Org to IRM for Exec Ed Team with
• Migration Plan and Business Sign off is awaiting confirmation from one of the Senior Users who was on annual leave. This has resulted in extending some of the milestones which has been approved by the Project Sponsor and Project Team. The migration is currently on target for December
• remaining licences agreed with Salesforce to transfer in December
• Sandbox environment has been set up
• Connector from Business School Salesforce Org to IRM has been set up
• Migration plan has been reviewed with two of the Senior Users

Issues

• Migration Plan and Business Sign off is awaiting confirmation from one of the Senior Users who was on annual leave. This has resulted in extending some of the milestones which has been approved by the Project Sponsor and Project Team. The migration is currently on target for December
