Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During January, a new project was added to the programme and initiated:
- HSS045 ISG Services for EFI Launch - Phase 2 to carry on the next phase of work on EFI with Phased 1 completed in HSS041 Coordinating ISG Services for EFI Launch
Two projects are AMBER:

HSS040 ECA MiniPortfolio Procurement and Implementation where the timeline and budget need to be extended to support additional development to address issues identified post Go LIVE.

HSS045 ISG Services for EFI Launch - Phase 2 where the building contractor is behind schedule and this will mean less time for the ISG teams to do their work on site.
The status of the programme is set to AMBER.
