Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During February, a project was successfully delivered and closed:
- HSS043 Online Survey Tool Requirements. The Closure Report is available to view.
HSS040 ECA MiniPortfolio Procurement and Implementation is reporting a RED RAG due to several issues post Go-LIVE that have impacted the submission process and that require to be addressed. This has caused additional work for all teams involved, and impact on timeline and budget.
HSS045 ISG Services for EFI Launch - Phase 2 continue to report an AMBER RAG due to the building contractor delays which means less time will be available for the ISG teams to do their work on site.
The status of the programme is set to AMBER.
