During August, the FLAC Analysis Project initiation documents were pulled together and this will start in September

No projects are reporting a RED status

No project are reporting an AMBER status:

Four projects are reporting a GREEN status:

One project is in the process of being suspended as funding is not clear

The status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Achievements this period

  • Fornightly team meetings continuing
  • Closure report shared with outgoing Programme Manager, Senior Supplier and Project Sponsor
  • Budget meetings arranged with Sponsor

Issues

  • The Project is extended to complete this phase of work. The milestones and budget need to be confirmed.
  • Production resource is limited. Releases will need to planned around this - John Allison taking up with Production
  • Budget was confirmed to the end of March - needs to be adjusted taking the extension into account

  • Close Project, start new Project for 24/25

Achievements this period

  • Confirmation received from Estates/Atkins Realis that remaining WAPs will be installed by BBK
  • Successful Book Festival event for the first time in EFI
  • LST progressing with re-installation of all teaching equipment ready for start of freshers' week

Issues

  • Billing processes in Hubs walkthrough identified gap in planned process which TTU031 EventMap Booker project team is reviewing
  • Scheduling of remaining WAPs installation to be agreed
  • No confirmed date from ITI CIS yet for the switch replacement for the resilient link

Next Steps

  • Milestones to be reviewed and closed by team
  • DDI Requirements sign-off to be confirmed as completed
  • Complete DDI design work/agree what options are if Hubs choose to make changes in the future
  • Complete final update on the project's control sheet for each space in EFI, including support arrangements
  • Continue with Eventmap pilot
  • Replace switch and test resilient link
