• Project budget reduced from 125 days to 96 days
• Project closure drafted and owners agreed for outstanding actions
• Closure approval in progress

• None - the project closure is now underway and the outstanding projects have owners to ensure they happen as part of Business As Usual

Achievements in last period

• FactorFX are continuing with the build on the Test server but due to a couple of issues were unable to complete before Christmas break

Issues

• DevTech and FactorFX will check changes made  and continue to investigate a couple of issues (ocsinventory-docker-image/unbuntu update and docker image timezone) holding up Test completion and a meeting will be arranged. Will include Euan Cameraon/David Outen so they can understand the system better.
• This however has meant that the milestone has been missed

Next Steps

• Meeting with Supplier and DevTech. Sponsor also attending
• Project Manager will revise the milestones
• TEST environment completed
• CAHSS to test the TEST environment
• Work to begin on Live environment

• Latest live release done before Christmas
• Project Brief completed and circulated
• Jira tidyup underway
• Python decommissioning process agreed with INF169 - not charged to project

Achievements in last period

• Analysis is ongoing. However, the AS-IS this has taken much longer than anticipated
• PM has started on the actual requirements based on information already collected

Issues

• AS-IS this has taken much longer than anticipated and was unable to be completed due to Christmas break
• This has resulted in missed milestones and impending overspend. PM has spoken to Programme manager regarding this and will submit revised milestones and budget to Apps Review once agreed with sponsor
