Achievements in last period

• Revised dates were agreed with the supplier with the TEST Environment upgrade due to be completed by the 31st Jan
• Milestones revised and noted by Apps Review

Issues

• DevTech and FactorFX will check changes made  and continue to investigate a couple of issues (ocsinventory-docker-image/unbuntu update and docker image timezone) holding up Test completion and a meeting will be arranged. Will include Euan Cameraon/David Outen so they can understand the system better.
• 31st Jan milestone for upgrade of TEST Environment may have been missed, meaning the 3rd of Feb for TEST sign off is not achievable

Next Steps

• Meeting with Supplier and DevTech. Sponsor also attending
• Project Manager will revise the milestones
• TEST environment completed
• CAHSS to test the TEST environment
• Work to begin on Live environment

Issues

• Budget increase after review of the estimation noted inadequate project management time when the estimation was done pre-suspension. Increase from 26 days to 35 days.

• Project brief to be signed off by project team and Apps Review
• VM Servers to be ordered and setup
• REDCap to be downloaded

• Analysis is ongoing. However, the AS-IS this has taken much longer than anticipated
• PM has started on the actual requirements based on information already collected
• Milestones updated

Issues

• AS-IS this has taken much longer than anticipated and was unable to be completed due to Christmas break
• This has resulted in missed milestones and impending overspend. PM has spoken to Programme manager regarding this and will submit revised milestones and budget to Apps Review once agreed with sponsor
