Report for November 2020
- Report Date
- November 2020
Report by Muriel Mewissen for Fraser Muir (Portfolio Owner)
Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During November, one project was succesfully delivered and closed:
- HSS027 Hope Park Counselling Centre System Implementation. The closure report is available to view.
Two projects are AMBER:
- Ongoing discussion on continued scope in HSS015 School of Economics Job Study which is looking less feasible.
- Technical delivery has been achieved HSS035 Centre for Open Learning - Migration of CLASS to the cloud but is subject to final checks and sign off from Production.
Ongoing risks around budget, resourcing and prioritisation across all project work during the Covid-19 pandemic are likely to continue to impact our programme of work for the months to come. In particular, this month the following decisions were made:
- HSS036 Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS) Systems Business Review will be withdrawn due to lack of budget in this session.
- A follow on project to HSS030 Student Voice Platforms Pilot will not be formally initiated due to lack of resourcing/priority that EUSA is able to dedicate to this in the current session.
-
HSS032 Xerte Pilot - authorisation and business case will remain suspended this session and expected to be revisited next year.
Therefore, the status of the programme is set to AMBER.
Please note that the project RAG status is following the revised guidelines: A one-page summary of the IS RAG status indicators is available on this page.
