Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During December, three projects were AMBER:
- Ongoing discussion on continued on the scope in HSS015 School of Economics Job Study. Any remaining work will need to be completed by May 2021 in line with the research project funding.
- HSS031 WAMS Business Embedding where risk increases over stakeholder availability to engage with the new Covid-19 restrictions.
- Technical delivery has been achieved HSS035 Centre for Open Learning - Migration of CLASS to the cloud but is subject to final checks and sign off from Production.
Therefore, the status of the programme is set to AMBER.

Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020. Further restrictions were imposed in December 2020 and January 2021. Scotland is now under Tier 4 strictest rules and under a new lockdown. |
