Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During January, work progressed apace for HSS031 WAMS Business Embedding despite reduced stakeholder availability due to the latest Covid-19 restrictions. This puts the burnt rate slightly higher (62%) than the expected (50%) at mid-year.
Two projects report AMBER:
- HSS031 WAMS Business Embedding due to risk around stakeholder availability
- HSS035 Centre for Open Learning - Migration of CLASS to the cloud due to delay in final checks and sign off from Production, now resolved. This project is expected to formally closed next month.
Therefore, the status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020. Further restrictions were imposed in December 2020 and January 2021. Scotland is now in lockdown under Tier 4 strictest rules. |
