During February, two projects were successfully delivered and closed:

This leaves three on-going projects in the programme, all reporting a GREEN RAG status.

Therefore, the status of the programme is set to GREEN.

  • A sample extract of the Job Application data was successfully verified on 06/02/21
  • Request for full dataset communicated

Issues

  • Due to the supplier experiencing a P1 outage on their CRM system over the past few weeks, the developer resource is fully committed to resolving the issue and as  a result, it has not been possible to generate the final Job Application dataset.  A revised timescale for delivery is scheduled for 03/03/21

Achievements in the Last Period

  • Second set of Lead WAM Coordinators training
  • Completed re-work and re-testing following functional testing
  • Completed UAT scripts post functional testing with issues logged with supplier
  • School meetings held with sponsor, senior user and CAHSS WAM Lead to discuss readiness for go live
  • Sharepoint site created for once the 21/22 year goes live and will be the Business As Usual information repository for the service
  • Communications drafting underway to be delivered along with training
  • Training plan agreed with supplier

Issues

  • Risk raised last month about availability of key school staff to complete the data preparation for UAT is being addressed by providing resource from the College. There may be additional time requested from the BA to support this work

HSS035 Centre for Open Learning - Migration of CLASS to the cloud This project was started in April 2020 and was closed on the 5 February 2021. The closure report is available to view.
HSS027 Hope Park Counselling Centre System Implementation This project was started in August 2018 and was closed on the 6 November 2020. The closure report is available to view.

HSS030 Student Voice Platforms Pilot

This project was started in June 2019 and was closed on the 14 August 2020. The closure report is available to view.

Risk RAG Comments
Risk 10: Disruption from the current Novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak AMBER

Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020.

Further restrictions were imposed in December 2020 and January 2021. Scotland remains in lockdown under Tier 4 strictest rules. However, vaccination is progressing well and a route of lock down is now set.
