During May, one project was closed:

HSS031 WAMS Business Embedding project closed. The closure report is available to view.

The remaining projects are progressing well and on track to close this session.

The status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Achievements in the Last Period

Job application data has been received and verified in the Test environment. Arrangements are now in hand to upload the data into the live environment
The task to load the remaining in-work data from October 2020 to now has been approved by the supplier
The project sponsor has confirmed no further data will be required after the Job Application data and the remaining in-work data has been loaded

Issues

Due to the on-going delays regarding the data supply, the project will require to extend into June to complete the full data uploads

Next Steps

Job Application data to be uploaded to the live environment
In-work data covering the period from October 2020 to be uploaded to the live environment
Switch-off the API as data now longer being supplied dynamically

Work continue on assessing the suitability of possible solutions already in use at the university in conjunction with LTW.
Work continue on researching off the shelf solutions not currently in use at the university. PM talking to external suppliers about quick evaluation.

Risk 10: Disruption from the current Novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak	GREEN	Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020. Lockdown restrictions are easing further in Scotland with Edinburgh currently under level 2 of lockdown, with an expectation of a move to level 0 by the end of June 2021 when the WFH as default will end. Probability and impact of this risk is reduced as restrictions continue to be eased, and the projects in this programme are close to delivery, and less likely to be affected. We expect the programme to be successfully delivered.

Probability and impact of this risk is reduced as restrictions continue to be eased, and the projects in this programme are close to delivery, and less likely to be affected. We expect the programme to be successfully delivered.
