Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During June, the remaining two ongoing projects progressed well and are both on track to complete next month.
We note the publication of an news article on the "College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Embedding of a single College Workload Allocation Model" published on the ISG News website following the closure of HSS031 WAMS Business Embedding last month.
Also worth noting is the publication of the Tobar An Dualchais website for which HSS028 Scoping and Options Analysis for Scottish Archival Resources Online was a scoping exercise, and completed in October 2019. Tobar An Dualchais provides access to three archives to ensure that Scotland’s rich oral heritage is safeguarded and made widely available for present and future generations.
The status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Since 18 March 2020, all staff, as well business partners, moved to working from home during the coronavirus pandemic and UK lockdown which followed on 24 March 2020. Lockdown restrictions are easing further in Scotland with Edinburgh currently under level 2 of lockdown, with an expectation of a move to level 0 by the 19 July 2021 and all restrictions removed on 9 August 2021. Probability and impact of this risk is reduced as restrictions continue to be eased, and the projects in this programme are close to delivery, and less likely to be affected. We expect the programme to be successfully delivered. |
