Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

During July, the long standing HSS015 School of Economics Job Study project was delivered and closed. The Closure Report is available to view. This means that six projects were completed during session 2020/21:

Another project, HSS037 Replacement of ECA Mini Portfolios - Business Analysis, has been delivered and expect to close in August.

We end this session with two ongoing projects. HSS032 Xerte Pilot - authorisation and business case has been unsuspended to restart in session 2021/22. The budget is fully balanced and recorded in 2020/21 - end of year effort used checks and final budget.

The status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Options appraisal report signed off by RASG, Project Sponsor, Programme Manager, Programme Owner

Issues

The Programme Owner, Portfolio Owner and Budget Holder Fraser Muir wanted feedback on the final report from a specific stakeholder in particular. As she was on holiday by that point the project was extended to allow that feedback to be gathered and any follow on actions completed. This change went to WIS on 30th July.

Get final feedback on options appraisal to complete the deliver milestone sign off

Lockdown restrictions are easing further in Scotland with Edinburgh currently under level 0 of lockdown, with an expectation of removing all remaining restrictions on 9 August 2021.
