Achievements in Last Period

• Ongoing pilot of service

Issues 

• Covid - 19 issues have effected previous launch date and milestones, the launch was a soft launch with lower numbers of applicants given the restrictions of home working.  This has resulted in a longer pilot period than had been expected.
• The Project Manager has not been able to support the project to closure as quickly as planned due to the longer pilot and prioritisation of other projects.  

Next Steps 

Priorities include:

• Final review of milestones (aligned to impact of Covid-19)
  • Project Closure
