Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary:
The burnt rate in this session remains low due while the College is reviewing the priority for possible new projects. Progress is being made within the College to identify and prioritise projects that will align with the College strategic priorities.
The only ongoing project, SCEP02 -Virtual Edinburgh PM Consultancy and Support , has the RAG status AMBER due the ongoing uncertainty around the input required by the participation in the CityDeal project. The overall status of the CSE programme is AMBER.
