This USG programme groups the projects from the University Secretary's Group (USG) portfolio that do not naturally fit in any of the four other programmes:
- Strategic Business Intelligence
- Student Services
- Student Systems Partnership with links to the Service Excellence - Student Administration and Support (SAS) programme
- Timetabling
For the session 23/24, these projects are with Communication and Marketing (CAM), Student Recruitment and Admission (SRA), Governance and strategic Planning (GaSP), Development and Alumni (D&A) and Strategic Change.
