Bug fixes sorted in Beta and test - will go into live after REF freeze :
- RES049-29 missing persons no PI Split
Bug fixes resolved
- RES049-30, RES049-31, RES049-34: all about documentation - now on wiki

Issues

Ref freeze started 15 September so no fixes can go into live until the freeze ends

Next Steps for September

Continuation with fixing bugs in remaining jiras: RES049-15; RES049-38

Achievements in Last Period

Testing has completed successfully in IDM DEV

Work has completed in development to remove the Events Booking dependency on the ALUMLIVE Database.

A Test plan for IDM TEST has been devised with App Managemt and Service Management.

Issues

Resourcing is required for the MyEd portion. PM to discuss with Reource Managers

Next Steps

Complete testing in IDM TEST

Test and Deploy CCTS and Events Booking

Replan milestones accordingly and restimate current and new tasks.

Confirm external resources for next steps of project.

The ThankQ feed testing is now not expected to take place until March 2014 and the project will be suspended until the client Department can resource the testing.
