Commentary
The new 2021/22 session starts with four ongoing projects. During August, USG017 Clearing 2021 was successfully delivered and is expected to close next month/
All projects are reporting a GREEN RAG status.
Therefore the overall USG Other Programme status is GREEN.
The programme budget at the start of the 21/22 session is 306 days, with 120 days of sponsor funding and 186 days of Core funding, see PRICLL 133. It includes 17 days of core funded contingency.
Set-up of MS Group chats for use during Helpline opening hours

Closure report and lessons learning drafted
Issues
Several issues were encountered with the physical set up of the training rooms in Argyle House and there were issues with the supplier's telephone configuration but these were all resolved in time through collaboration of ISG teams prioritising this project

Issues
Approval of brief was not achieved by 27th August and a change control is being processed to revise this to 24th September which will accommodate leave in September in D&A.
Project estimate is substantially over the allocation in the USG 21/22 plan. The project sponsor has secured the additional funding required.
