Agree dates to start the testing of the VAT invoices (as part of the continued roll-out of Voyager / eFin Integration) - expected to be w/c 13-may when Alex Forrest back in the office
For annual planning 2013-14 - a proposal suggestion has been submitted for integration of Talis Aspire reading lists to corporate systems with a feed from Org Hierachy to allow easier navigation to reading lists. Following dialogue with Simon Marsden, Mark Ritchie and Dave Berry - it was agreed that this could be done as in-year work in 12-13 , re-using an existing extract from the Org Hierachy (additional effort required in 12-13 tbc)
Update from Stuart Lewis (13/03/13):
The VAT and non-sterling extracts are still on our work plan
I'm not sure what effort is required for the in-year Talis work. It is currently with Colin Hunter in the registry, who has been talking with Sura Perera about the effort required.
Update from Alex Forrest (13/03/13):
We're likely to be ready to send some test files (for VAT invoices) middle/end of April.
I think we just need to have the test CLINK system available for test loading files initially. If we can set the test files to be picked up automatically we can run the first part of testing ourselves.
Then once we're happy the transfer process is ok we'd need some manual help from FIS folks to upload the test files.
