Achievements in the last period

• When creating reports in the LIVE universe Service Management identified a number of small changes that would enhance the universe. We estimated them as less than 1 day of effort by a Software Developer.  Authority was given to complete the snag list.
• Our developer completed the snag list and the Universe is now back with Service Management for the creation of reports. 

Issues

• Two enhancements outside the scope of the project have been identified (see PICCL 20).  A decision on how to progress with these enhancements will be made at Programme Level in the month ahead.  It is anticipated that this scope will not be added to SMI008 and instead be wrapped up in a future enhancement project.

Next steps

• Complete the reports.
• Promote the Universe.
• Close the project.

Achievements in Last Period

• Liaison with colleagues at Ulster have continued.

Issues

• Ongoing resource issue at Ulster - escalated to senior management there and awaiting response at time of writing.
• It was thought that they might respond at the last TOPdesk conference but this didn’t happen.

Next Steps​

• The project has requested 3 days of unplanned contingency to upgrade Ulster when it is possible.
• As soon as Ulster is positioned to engage with us they will be upgraded.

• Checkpoint meetings scheduled and underway.
• Weekly call with Durham PM scheduled and underway.
• Activity commenced on building environment (Dev Tech)
• Agreement reached on UniDesk Partner Visits (St. Andrews and Abertay).
• Demo set up for Durham.

• No issues at this point.
