The Student Recruitment & Admissions (SR&A) Programme is part of the University's Service Excellence programme.

The SR&A Programme supports the Student Recruitment Strategy in seeking to attract the brightest and best to study at Edinburgh, regardless of background or income.

As prioritised by the SR&A SEP Sub-programme Board in May 2017 and endorsed by the SEP Board in June 2017, the scope of the Implementation phase encompasses the 3 outline business cases (OBC) developed for Recruitment aspects of Web, Enquiry Management and Communications. The Web and Enquiry Management OBCs were prioritised. In October 2018, the Communications project was approved to move into detailed design in combination with Events.
