Achievements this period

• Priority of project has been raised from NORMAL to HIGHER

Issues

• JIRA 18 - Issue with  performance of file transfer in Load Balancer is still not resolved. ITI have made a setting change and this is now back with Dev Tech
• JIRA 19 - A new issue was identified in June where there is a character set difference in the file being passed to the supplier. The supplier expects the standard Unicode UTF-8 format (as per on-premise) but at some point during the file generation and transfer to cloud process, the character set is being set to a different character set. This is resulting to unacceptable data formatting for special charaters in the unihub cloud service. Investigations so far are indicating that the incorrect character set is being applied during the EUGEX file generation process
