Commentary

STU Programme is Red as STU265 is Red

STU265 which is delivering the new eCase system for management of the FOI requests. Go Live  delayed as there is a show-stopper with the email configuration which must be resolved before new system can go live. There are also resource conflicts within ISG as some staff are now on furlough , and this has impacted resource availability

Issues

  • Email integration not resolved - use of Authenticated Mail Relay not possible by Fivium - use of Sender Policy Framework now being followed up 
  • OSIC Reports not due to be delivered until early January
  • Delivery and Closure milestones pushed back further due to UAT
