Last Month

• The project plan was approved at the  January meeting of the Teaching Spaces Oversight Group (TSOG).
•  We have recruited 16 Student Helpers for our pilot mini-projects.  They will be helping us to build the service for launch at the start of the 2020/2021 academic year.
• The Steering Group has been formed and will meet in Feb.

• None.

Next Steps

• The first Steering Group.
• The first pilot will begin.

TSG004

Remote Support for Teaching Spaces

• The Remote Support tool has been demonstrated to EDINA with the potential for them to develop the tool into an off the shelf product.
• The tool continues to be used in its pilot form..
• Policy has been developed and will be progressed during 2020.

• Work with EDINA and progress development plans.

Specialist Teaching Spaces

Last Month

• The project plan was approved at the  January meeting of the Teaching Spaces Oversight Group (TSOG).
• The Specialist Spaces to be fitted in year one are being collated from each college.
• Two grade 7 survey contractors are being recruited by Estates to survey the rooms.

Issues

• The project has not had timely for uniform response from schools for their list of specialist spaces that are ready to be refitted.  This is an Amber risk and we have given a deadline of Monday the 17th of Feb to have the lists completed.

Next Steps

• The final list is completed and the work of planning the refits can begin.
