  • The team have drawn up a list of improvements that can realistically be taken forward during Covid.

  • Getting access to the required Timetabling data may require a further project next year.
  • There is no funding in place for next year.  We are working with the timetabling support team to gain a snapshot of the timetabling data that can be used to facilitate this year's development.

  • Storage and installation, but as mentioned these points are being worked through.

  • Purchase orders are ready and the team are working through the logistics of storage and installation costs (which would fall into next year).
  • The Learning Spaces team management have been in close contact with colleges to ensure we are adapting plans and purchasing kit that can be used during the current Covid situation.

Specialist Teaching Spaces returns to Amber as we now have confirmation that we can spend this year's budget. It remain Amber as we still have some logistic issues to sort which will be resolved in the next month. This resolution will take into account the inevitable delays in getting access to the campus and the prospect of budgeting over multiple academic years. Room designs and equipment purchase orders are in place so that when we do understand the length of delay better we will have completed the preparatory work. Additionally Remote Support requires some work to get the representative data required to do meaningful development. Again we expect to resolve this in early June.
