• Some section editors have limited capacity for the migration preparation & EdWeb2 training. They have been communicated the risks, and their pages might migrate as is. See issue

Achievements this period

• Secondary solution storage – domain purchase and setup complete.
• Work ongoing on updating the user manual for the BCP Repository solution following feedback from USD team.

Next Steps

• Complete User Manual and handover system to USD
• Send comms to Service Managers/Service Owners about the solution and populate it with services and documents for the 12 services in scope of the project.
• Additional work for  University wide BCP solution is under consideration (awaiting decision on funding) and hence might affect project scope and project closure.

Achievements this period

• Design phase continued with SharePoint Architect working on creation of Architecture document while simultaneously starting on the preliminary build. There has been some delay in this phase due to limited SharePoint architect time.
• Project Board meeting was held this month and was attended by Gavin McLachlan and Stefan Kaempf to discuss the issues related to RED RAG status. Overall agreement to progress with the project and funding and resourcing to be discussed with Stefan separately.
• Project Board signed off the proposed Information Architecture of the site.
• Reviewed outstanding work and estimates.

Issues

• User engagement is patchy and has delayed finalisation of permissions model - Lack of engagement from all ISG directorates 
• Sign off and finalisation of some user stories has been impacted due to staff availability issue -  Availability of Facilities colleagues

Next Steps

• Secure funding and required resources on the project.
• Continue with Build and documenting SharePoint Architecture of the new site.
