• User guide completed for the BCP repository solution.
• Final tidy up complete and solution made live to Service Managers/Service Owners of the 12 services in scope of the project.
• Project scope changed to include building of a University wide repository as Phase 2.

• SharePoint and Business Analyst resources secured for the project.
• Project milestones re-planned based on resources and estimates, to be submitted for Apps review this month.

• Source of budget has been agreed to be CIO fund, however the new estimates/days to be agreed with Gavin McLachlan.

Next Steps

• Sign off new milestones and budget from Apps Review.
• Continue with Build and documenting SharePoint Architecture of the new site.
• Start Test scripts preparation.
