Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Programme Commentary

In this reporting period the work has continued on both projects. EdWeb development is continuing well however the graphic design resource issue remains a concern. Steven Ross is now working on the project until the end of May, this should ensure that the key deliverables and preparation work for R5 will be completed. However for the period May to August no graphic design lead has yet been confirmed. A performance issue was during I21 and hot fix will be applied in early May.

The migration project has made excellent progress with the Varnish process greatly improved. The performance issue noted above has resulted in the last batch of sites being pushed out by one week, however, this does not impact on forthcoming migrations.

In the next reporting period we will start to look at planing next year's programme.
