Appleton Tower needs to be shut down to allow some key maintenance and upgrades.
This will mean loss of power to AT and some nearby buildings, the loss of network across a wider area and the shutdown of the datacentre.
This project will prepare for this shutdown by doing an impact analysis, reviewing options for avoidance and mitigation or resulting risks with our partners in Estates and ISG and Colleges, and then putting in place such mitigations as part of the overall planning for the shutdown before an agreed date for the shutdown .

Human Rights-based Approach to Dignity in Care (Dignispace) is an innovative digital resource underpinned by the PANEL principles [Scottish Human Rights Commission, 2017] and co-produced with students through interdisciplinary engagement as an output from the Dignity Engagement Space for Nurse Education using Human Rights based Approach [DESNEHRA] project funded by the Sir Halley Stewart Trust.

This project is to perform a gap analysis of work to implement Curriculum Transformation with the current systems managed by Registry and Student Systems Partnership at the University of Edinburgh. The change will be implemented on the basis of minimal change to the student record whilst maintaining the current service level and processes. The primary output will be to produce a report that can be incorporated in to the Curriculum Transformation Programme Outline Business Case (OBC)
